Driving Range (Lobby)

• Each visitor can only book one Driving Range for one hour.

• If the member is using the left hand, Booking will be free upgraded to Private Room.

Private Room service: (9 hole / 18 hole indoor golf course and Driving Range mode)

• Each visitor can only book one Private Room for one hour.

• If visitor required to use left hand to play, the member must be stated at the time of booking in order to arrange the suitable room.

Priority booking period: 

• 7 days

Check in / Check out Arrangement of Private Room and Driving Range:

• The check-in time is 05 / 35 of each hour, for the cleaning of Room and Range(For example, the booking time of Private room time is at 14:00, the check-in time will be at 14:05; the booking time of Private room time is at 14:30, the check-in time will be at 14:35)

• Please be punctual. The time for using Private room and Driving Range will not postponed if late.

• Private Room and Driving Range will only be reserved for 15 minutes. If visitor are unable to attend on time, the reserved Private Room or Driving Range will be re-arranged for other visitor who are on the waiting list.

• Please check out on time. In case of late check out, overtime surcharge which equivalent to the room charge for half an hour or more will be applied depends on the actual circumstances.

Fair use regulations:

• Each visitor can only book up to one Driving Range (1 hour) and one Private Room(1 hour).

• For cancellation of appointment, no refund will be arranged.

Change of reserved services:

• To change your booking, please call us at least 3 hours beforehand.

No-show charge and related arrangements:

• If we can not reach the visitor 15 minutes after the scheduled appointment, NO re-schedule and refund will be arranged.

Rules and guidelines for Golf bags, golf clubs equipment storage (if applicable):

• Member is responsible for his or her own golf bag, golf clubs, equipments stored at Golfzon including, counting and verifying all the golf clubs before storage; ensuring that all the golf clubs, equipment and other personal belongings are well protected; ensuring that nothing is sticking out of the golf bag; and member should take care to maintain a clean and tidy golf bag whenever he or she takes it out and return the bag to the club storage.

• Golfzon is not responsible for any loss or damage of golf bags, golf clubs, equipments or personal effects stored at our facilities.

• Golfzon reserves the right to search members’ stored golf bags, golf clubs, equipment and personal effects stored at our facilities without prior notice to members. Golfzon will immediately report to the Israel police any property belonging to Golfzon or any illegal substance found in member’s belongings during the search.

• Any items that are stored at Golfzon after the expired storage period will be kept at the reception for a grace period of a maximum 14 days, each item will be charged a storage fee ₪200 per day.

• Golfzon reserves the right to donate to any charity organization or dispose of any items kept at our facilities over the agreed storage and grace period. Golfzon will not be held responsible for such donations or for disposing of the items.

Others:

• Take away and damage any of the goods and assets of the clubhouse are prohibited.

• Anyone who have taken and damaged any of the items and assets of the clubhouse is required to bear the cost of refill and maintenance of such goods and assets.

 

All visitors are bound by all the terms and conditions of this guideline. GreenLive Club Ltd. reserves the right to change and amend the terms and conditions at any time without notice. If there is any dispute, GreenLive Club Ltd. will retain the final decision.
